Adam P. Marlett, of Omro, died Friday evening, October 13, 2017. Born on March 17, 1971, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the son of Thomas and Janice (Steldt) Marlett. Adam married Anita Brummel on August 31, 1996, in Watertown, Wisconsin. Adam enjoyed working with great co-workers in the robotics field as an Engineering Technician at Q-Comp Technologies in Greenville. Restoring cars and boats brought Adam satisfaction. Other hobbies included four-wheeling, camping, golf, home renovating, and playing sheepshead. Survivors include his wife, Anita Marlett of Omro; his father, Thomas (Lynne Oehlke) Marlett of Mequon; his mother, Janice Marlett of Bailey's Harbor; a brother, Matthew (Shelby) Marlett of Big Bend; mother-in-law, Marjorie Schweitzer of Watertown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: David (Sandra) Brummel of Hudson, Daniel (Julie) Brummel of Madison, Howard (Melissa) Brummel of Woodstock, GA, Linda Grimm of West Bend, Kenneth (Dawn) Brummel of Waterford, Edward (Sharon) Brummel of Middleton, James (Kimberly) Brummel of River Falls, Joseph (RoAnna) Brummel of Prior Lake, MN, and Angela Brummel of Madison. Adam is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Funeral services will be on Monday, October 23, 2017, at 12 Noon in St. Mary Catholic Church, 730 Madison Ave., Omro, WI, 54963, with Sister Pam Biehl and Pastor Ken Brummel officiating. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the church.Adam's family extends a special thank you to Tom Doyle and co-workers at Q-Comp Technologies in Greenville for their caring concern and generous help during Adam's illness.
