Adeline "Addie" C. Jones passed away at Aurora Medical Center on December 1, 2007. She was born on July 25, 1918 in Mellen, Wisconsin to Ray and Julia Eder. She married E. Milton Jones on December 21, 1936. He preceded her in death on December 10, 2006.

Addie was educated and raised in Oshkosh. She was a wonderful homemaker and liked everybody. She enjoyed flowers and vegetable gardening, sewing, and reading.

Addie is survived by her son, Ray A. (Carol) Jones Sr. of Algoma; grandsons: Ray A. Jones Jr. of Oshkosh, Troy Jones of Neenah, and Perry (Deb Gutierrez) Jones of Overland Park, Kansas; and great-grandchildren: Vanessa and Montana of Neenah, and Adam of Overland Park, Kansas. She is further survived by her sisters, Rose Kraus, Florence (Duane) Ihrke, and Dorothy (Dale) Shewell; brother, Eddie Eder; sisters-in-law, Mabel Lincoln and Lucia Treleven; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her husband of nearly 70 years preceded her in death as well as her parents; brothers: Louis, Wenzel, Joseph, John and William Eder; sisters: Ann Steinhilber, Mary Hoeft, and Estelle Botz.

Funeral services will be held for Addie at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 North Eagle Street. Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation and support at the funeral chapel from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
