Our father loved life, he loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was a kind man with a beautiful heart. He was so grateful for this life God gave him. He loved his flowers, little children, strawberry sundaes, and the smile on a daughter's face as she walked into his room. He would always be smiling back. There was love, happiness, and joy all rolled up into our dad. Thank you for being our father.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in St. Jude the Apostle Parish, St. Vincent Catholic Church, 1225 Oregon St., with Reverend Mathew Simonar officiating. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until service time at the church.
