Anna Sheldon of Oshkosh, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at the age of 92. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. Anna married Richard Sheldon June 20, 1952. She worked as a telephone operator until after marriage where she stayed home to help raise her son. In 1992 she donated land to the Oshkosh School District which is now called the Sheldon Nature Area. She was an easy going individual who was loved by many and will be missed.
Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Sheldon; her parents, Anna (Schaufler) and Martin Tod. She will be missed by her son, Rick (Jacqueline) Sheldon; grandchildren, David Rodriguez, Daniela (Jared) Branham; great grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson; her nephew Cy Pierquet and niece Debbie Welsh.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 1250 Leonard Point Road, Oshkosh, on Friday, November 9, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Steve Davidson officiating.
