Anne A. Pawlacyk, age 89, of Oshkosh, died Monday afternoon September 15, 2008. She was born on June 6, 1919 to William and Agnes (Schamberger) Hansen. On June 6, 1942 she married Vincent Pawlacyk and he preceded her in death on July 16, 1980.

Anne was a member of St. John Catholic Church. She was employed by the Athearn Hotel and Raulf Hotel as wait staff. She was a graduate of Oshkosh High School.

Left to mourn her passing is three sons, Thomas W. (Sandra) Pawlacyk, Vincent R. (Vicky) Pawlacyk, and William C. (Janeen) Pawlacyk; seven grandchildren, Laura Pawlacyk, Lisa (Gene) Boland, Timothy Pawlacyk, Julie Pawlacyk, Anne (finance' Tim Francisco) Pawlacyk, Adam Nelson, and Maggie (Jason) Bratley; six great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Derek, and Jasper Boland; and Blake, Beau, and Grace Bratley; and a brother-in-law, Ernest Stark. Preceding Anne in death are her husband, an infant son, Richard, her parents, a brother, Robert Hansen, and two sisters, Marion Scherer and Ruth Hable.
