Annette M. Smith, age 57, of Oshkosh, died Monday morning, October 11, 2004 at Park View Health Center. She was born in Oshkosh on March 6, 1947 to Rollin and Dorothy (Hoehne) Smith.
Annette is survived by her brothers, Douglas of Oshkosh and Kenneth of Tomah; one sister, Barbara Smith of Oshkosh; her niece, Shelley (Jeremia) McNall of Jackson, and a great niece, Victoria. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
Funeral services for Annette will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Boulevard. A visitation will be held on Wednesday at Lake View Memorial Park from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials honoring Annette's memory may be given to the American Red Cross or the American Diabetes Association.
