Annie L. Sherlin, age 60, of Pickett, died peacefully at home with her husband by her side on Tuesday morning, January 24, 2017. Annie was born April 12, 1956, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Lynn and Monona (Grant) Lewellyn. She married Chris Sherlin at Waukau Church on November 24, 1984. After Annie's dad died in 1989, she helped her mother operate the family business, Lynn's Bar in Waukau until her mother retired in 2003. Annie, with the help of her husband, took care of Monona until her passing. She always looked forward to attending tractor pulls and exhibiting antique tractors with her husband. It was not uncommon if you saw Annie you saw her husband at the same time. For many years, she had worked alongside Chris in all their endeavors. Her alone time was often spent enjoying and working on her crafts.Annie is loved and will be missed by her husband, Chris; step-daughter, Lisa Meyer; brother, Doug Lewellyn; niece, Erika Lewellyn; mother in law, Margaret Sherlin of Oshkosh; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister in law, Sharon Lewellyn; niece, Jodi Lewellyn and nephew, Kurt Lewellyn.Visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2017, at the funeral home in Omro from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Annie will be laid to rest on the family plot at Waukau Cemetery.Chris would like to thank the Affinity Hospice staff, especially Nicole, for taking such great care of Annie and for always going out of their way to make sure everyone was being cared for.
