A special thanks to all the doctors, nurses, hospitalists, Sr. Pam, who cared for me during my varied illnesses. A special thank you to the Janiak family in which I never felt as an in-law. Many thanks to all the wonderful people who helped along the way—especially everyone.
If you ever think of me at all, remember I made you laugh ------I hope.
