Obituary

Betty Marie Domke died Thursday evening, December 18, 2003 at her home surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on March 21, 1926 to Ray & Nettie "Kitty" Ellis Fisher in the Town of Rushford. She married Morris Domke in Eureka, he preceded her in death in November 1986. She retired from Wisconsin Bell in 1990. In her retirement Betty loved to spend time with her family and crocheting and other needlework.

Betty will be missed by her six daughters, Gail (Bill) Conger of Green Lake, Louise (Chris ) Marinack of Star Prairie, Kitty (Pete) Gust of Omro, Joan (Kim) Jungwirth of Oshkosh, Marilyn (Mark) Heise of Omro and Judy (John) Rilling of Omro; her grandchildren Bill (Kelly) Conger of Dayton, OH, Joe Conger of Green Lake, Rob (Keri) Vaughan of Lakeville, MN, Tony Stark of Hudson, WI, Abbey Marinack of Boulder, CO, Spencer (Kelly) Lee of Waunakee, WI, Curt (Vicki) Sowers of Oshkosh, Chris (Kim)Sowers of Madison, Wendy Sowers of Oshkosh, Erin Heise of Oshkosh, Ryan Heise of Omro, Miranda (Dan) Moderson of Appleton, Megan Sayler of Omro and special granddaughter Patti (Kevin) Rew of Eureka. She will also be missed by her great grand children Ryan, Evan, Kailey, Kelsey, Kortney, Vanessa, Derek, Caden, Bill, Michelle and special great grandson Travis Rew, one great great grandchild, Lexis. She is further survived by her brother Bob Fisher of Vancouver, WA and a sister Charlene (Dave) Block of Oshkosh. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Dorothy Thomack.

There will be private family services held for Betty on Monday at the Omro Funeral Home, with Rev. Kevin Mundell officiating. Special thanks to the caregivers from Home Instead– JoAnn, Birdie and Donna for their wonderful care given to our mother.

Betty was a wonderful Mama who loved us unconditionally. She loved spending time with her daughters and granddaughters, especially their special Saturday dinners. She was the best mother and grandmother ever.
