Obituary
Betty Jo Rutan, age 86, died at Aurora Medical Center on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. She was born in Decatur County, Indiana on February 10, 1923 to Ora and Reba (Smitha) Thurston.
Surviving Betty is her daughter, Joan (James) Simmons; grandson, Solon (Andrea) Simmons; and great-grandchildren, Alessandra and Gabriela Simmons.
Funeral services are pending.
