Obituary

On 15 September 2017, Carole Loechler changed her address from Omro, Wisconsin to Heaven Eternity. As she leaped through the Golden Gate, God the Father, His Son Jesus, accompanied by saints of her family welcomed her home. Carole, was born December 19th, 1933, to James and Hazel Kenfield. On May 23, 1959, she married Lawrence, "Larry" Loechler. Together with their children, Jami and Shelly they resided in several states as Larry was a 20 year U.S. Marine.
Upon Larry's retirement they returned to Oshkosh, where Carole pursued a career in Interior Design. For many years she was employed by Sherwin Williams. Prior to Sherman Williams she was a Real Estate Agent in Alexandria, Virginia.
Carole fought the good fight for many years because of her ill health. However, her determination, positive attitude and faith in God approached each hurdle with a winning attitude. She trusted the Lord Jesus Christ giving "thanks" for His presence, strength and love. She often exclaimed, "It all breaks down to one thing, without Christ I would be nothing."
Carole had many abilities given to her by God the Father, cooking, decorating, Christian service, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She belonged to many civic organizations, loved to play cards and was an avid Packer fan.
She is survived by her children; Jami, and Shelly (Robert) Beede; sister: Georgiann Lamberson; grandchildren: Machelle (Micah) Gifford, Daniele (Jason) Ebert, Maryanne Beede, Stefanie (Jess) Leach; brother-in-law, William (Jennifer) Loechler; great grandchildren: Madison Young, Madix Young, Jayden Ebert, Kenedee Ebert, Jaida Beede, Jordan Leach, Alyson Leach, Triston Gifford, Sydney Gifford; sisters-in-laws, Janet (Al) Schaick, Jeannine Rogers, and Marilyn Loechler; nieces: Becky Andrews, Kim Kenfield, and nephew, James Kenfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Kenfield; husband, Larry Loechler and brother, Walter Kenfield.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Wyldwood Baptist Church, 3030 Witzel Ave., Oshkosh, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Jason Brenenstuhl officiating. Burial will follow in Ellenwood Cemetery.
Heaven is real; the angels are our friends; and Jesus loves us! Our departure for Home and Heaven is a sacred and treasured delight to our Savior who earnestly desires that we shall come to dwell with Him and bask in His glory (John 17:24). In this blessed confidence of faith let us sail on without fear until we receive a joyous welcome in the homeland of the blessed! "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints" (Ps.116:15).
Now in heaven's peaceful harbor they have anchored from life's gale,
They are singing with the angels
