Obituary
Catherine Florence Zeien (née O'Connor) passed away on February 15, 2025, in Ripon, Wisconsin, at the age of 75. She was born on January 26, 1950, and was lovingly adopted by Edward and Jean (McKnight) O'Connor in Iowa.
Catherine graduated from high school and attended some college. In April 1970, she married Dale F. Zeien, and they built a life together. She worked for many years in the office of A.C. Nielsen Co., and, in her free time, Catherine found joy in gardening, crocheting, knitting, and quilting, sharing her creations with those she loved.
She is survived by her daughter, Courtney; Courtney's husband, Clifton; and their two children, Jamison and Griffin, all of Omro, Wisconsin. She is also survived by her siblings, Dan O'Connor, Peg O'Connor, Mary Fleckenstein, Terri Geiseberger, Maureen Barnosky, and Patrick O'Connor and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Zeien, and her parents, Edward and Jean (McKnight) O'Connor.
A memorial service will be held in the summer.
