Celia A. Weiher, of Bloomer, age 73, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Bella Vista in Oshkosh on Friday, December 4, 2015. She was born in Spooner, WI on April 30, 1942, the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Campbell) Dillinger. On July 27, 1963 she married her husband of 52 years, William "Bill" Weiher. Celia was known for her love of flowers and her incredible perennial gardens. She was very creative with just about everything she did. Celia loved building furniture and doing upholstery. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife and mother. She loved her family dearly. Celia is survived by her husband, Bill: children: Mark (Lisa) Weiher of Oshkosh and Susan (Dean) Hakes of Chippewa Falls; grandchildren: Allie and Zach Weiher, and Emily Hakes; sisters: Patricia Roberts, Judy (John) Lambert, Betty (Jim) Quirk, Altecia "Moochie" Mercier, Sharon Kostman; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eugene Dillinger; two infant sisters; and brothers-in-law: Rodney Roberts, Leroy Kostman and Elton Mahnke. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1403 Newman St., Bloomer, with Rev. Martin Halom officiating.
