Charles "Chuckles" Minckler, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. He was born to Herbert & Irma Palfrey Minckler on October 14, 1939. Charles served in the Armed Forces from 1963 to 1969. He was employed at Paines and as a bartender at the Omro Hotel for many years. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Charles is survived by one brother, Leon (Ena) Minckler of Milwaukee; two sisters, Marjorie Borgardt of Oshkosh and Helen Doll of Madison; two sons, John (Kathy) Minckler and Scott Minckler of Omro. He is further survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, November 10, 2007, at the Omro Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the Waukau Cemetery.
