Cora Lee Fleck, age 69, of Oshkosh, died early Saturday morning, August 9, 2014, at home surrounded by the love of her husband and children. Cora Lee was born July 18, 1945, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Franklin and Margaret (Swords) Trier. Cora Lee married Charles L. Fleck on September 9, 1983. Cora Lee had worked as a CNA at Parkview Health Care Center for 25 years. Cora Lee was a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. As a teen, Cora Lee was an award winning diver and swimmer, and later taught swimming to infants. She enjoyed shopping, sewing, and could always be counted on to go to her grandkids baseball games. She collected cookbooks, and used them to bake cookies and amazing pies.
Cora Lee is loved and will be missed by her husband, Charles; daughters, Kay (Chris) Shea, Patty Wohlt; step sons, Darin (special friend Ann) Fleck and Eric (Kim) Fleck; grandchildren, Alex (Jessie), Aly, Ashley, Brady and Belle Shea, Travis (Amber) and Tony Wohlt, Nick, Jeremy, Trista and Jenna Fleck; great granddaughter, Everly Wohlt; sisters, Jane (Jack) Larson, Nancy Trier, Mary Reger, Peggy Weibel; brother, John Trier; nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Tom Trier.
Visitation will be held for family and friends on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Seefeld Funeral Home, and on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Franciscan Court, 815 S. Westhaven Dr., from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael Warden officiating. Cora Lee will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
