Craig T. Kordes, age 66, of Oshkosh, died Monday, August 3, 2015, at his home. Born on February 12, 1949, in Milwaukee, the son of Gerald and Eunice (Baranowski) Kordes, Craig was employed by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Corrections, as a Parole and Transfer Agent at the Resource Center in Oshkosh. He served his country with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his long-time friend and companion, Jessica Eiler, and her daughter, Alisha Eiler; two sisters, Jo Kordes and Cheri Kordes, both of Milwaukee; a special friend, Jamie Mizell of Neenah; and other friends and co-workers. Craig was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at Seefeld Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
