Daniel J. Dickinson, age 64, passed away at Parkview Health Center, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, January 28, 2018. He was born in St. Louis, MO on November 1, 1953, the son of the late William and Elnora (Mercer) Dickinson. Danny was proud to serve in the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1977. Prior to the Navy he attended Oklahoma State Tech. and after the navy he attended and graduated from Oklahoma State University. As a food service director, Danny worked for Aramark, CBM and Aviands. He was known to be a wonderful cook and treasured moments with his granddaughter, Danielle, and enjoyed watching his grandsons, DeShawn and Deante', play football. Danny will be remembered for his smile, compassion and love for his family.

Danny is survived by his daughter, Kristi Dickinson; grandchildren: DeShawn, Deante', and Danielle; brother, William (Carol) Dickinson; former wife, Michelle Dickinson; good friends: Vet Jefferson, Don White, Mark Huff and Lara Spiegelberg; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until Military Honors at 12:45 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Seefeld Funeral Home. Be prepared to share your favorite memories of Danny. Burial will be in King Veteran Cemetery, King Wisconsin. Condolences may be expressed at www.seefeldfuneral.com.
