Dawn M. Clark, age 47, of Pickett went to meet her husband and soul mate with the correct peanut butter on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. She was born June 4, 1962 in Oshkosh to Jerome and Beverly (Beahm) Galica. On July 25, 1981 she married the love of her life, Dennis J. Clark, at First English Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2008. Dawn was employed at Mercury Marine.
Dawn loved hunting, camping, singing and most of all shopping. She had a wonderful sense of humor and warm heart. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She lived her life for the joy of helping others. Dawn was very outgoing and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her lively spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
Dawn is survived by her loving son Corey (fiance Tanya Acord) Clark of Omro; her father Jerome "Jerry" Galica; grandson, Austin Clark; step-grandchildren, Bryce, Jessica, Machaela, Ashley and Brennan; siblings, Mike (Sue) Galica, Connie Haase, Stacey (Steve) Towns; the boys, Mike (Sam) Durant and Dave (Sarah) Zouski; special nephew Dave (Kathy) Naughton; special cousins Ron and Dan Beahm; many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and her special friend Robin. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, brother Randal Galica and uncle Jerry Beahm.
Memorial service for Dawn will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in First English Lutheran Church, 1013 Minnesota Street, with Reverend Nancy Kruger officiating.
