Debra M. Reetz, age 50, of Oshkosh, died Thursday afternoon, June 18, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. Born on October 12, 1958 in Oshkosh to Jack and Rose (Spanbauer) Reetz, Debra was a life-long Oshkosh resident.


A large collection of cookbooks confirmed Debra's love of cooking. In her leisure, books were important, as she was an avid reader.


Surviving Debra are her mother, Rose Reetz of Oshkosh; a brother, Edwin (Marie) Reetz of Mountain Home, Idaho; a niece and two nephews, Alesha, Ethan, and Eric Reetz; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins. Preceding Debra in death are her father and grandparents.


Memorial funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street.
