Obituary
Delveon Winston Fairman, age 20, of Oshkosh, passed away on December 11
th
, 2024, at home. Delveon was born on November 14
th
, 2004, in Neenah, to Tami (Spatt) Hearns and Wendell Fairman Sr. He resided in Oshkosh with his family.
Delveon was a 2023 graduate of Oshkosh West High School. After school Delveon worked as a home health care aid for individuals with special needs. He really enjoyed working with his clients.
Delveon enjoyed gardening and growing his own organic fruits and vegetables. He even had his own greenhouse to grow them in the Wisconsin winters. He loved being in nature and going on walks. He had a passion for crystals and would make homemade jewelry with them. It was his goal to have his own business selling the jewelry so that he could purchase property and live off the land.
Left to mourn his passing are his parents, Tami and Wendell; siblings, Kaley, Hunter, Devonte, Lynelle, Wendell Jr. and Marshell; 3 grandfathers, Wendell, Terry, and Chris; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; two nieces, and a niece and nephew to be born in 2025; special "brother," Cashmere; special "adopted" aunties, Lindsay, Cassie, and Kim; and numerous other friends and family.
Preceding Delveon in death are his two grandmothers, Patricia and Janet, and a cousin, Delontae.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced on Facebook. A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help the family with final expenses. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating or reaching out to the family directly.
The family would like to thank the Oshkosh Police Department, Oshkosh Fire Department and EMT's for their hard work, and Amber at Comfort Suites for her support and accommodations during this time of tragedy.
