Destinee D. Medina, age 16, of Oshkosh, found peace on March 19, 2016. She was born in Oshkosh on October 2, 1999. Destinee was a student at Oshkosh North High School. She was a loving young lady who had many interests and passions in life. Destinee excelled at volleyball and swimming and also loved animals, family gatherings and cook outs. Above all else she loved her family and friends with all her heart.
Destinee is loved and will be missed by her mother, Teresa Medina; brothers, Giovanni Medina, Justin Medina and Dominic Medina; sister, McKenzie Voss; aunts, Terrie (William) Kramlich, Maggie Shelton Patrie and Tyler Patrie, Juanita Medina and Barbara Rasmussen (Jordon Voss). She is further survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service remembering her life at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in her name.
