Diana L. "Di" DeShasier, age 52, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, died Friday evening, May 13, 2005 at Aurora Medical Center. She was born on April 21, 1953 in Sullivan, Indiana, to Paul and Marcella (Bedwell) Maxey. Di married Michael E. DeShasier on August 28, 1971 in Paxton, Illinois.
Survivors include her husband: Mike of Oshkosh; three daughters: Stacy DeShasier of Oshkosh; Christie DeShasier of Appleton; and Lesley DeShasier of Oshkosh; two grandchildren: Drew and Arianna; adopted daughter: Kristen Bargender of Oshkosh; three brothers: Mike (Diane) Maxey of Roberts, Illinois; Randy (Cheri) Maxey of Chatham, Illinois; Dave Maxey of Peoria, Illinois; one sister: Chris Maxey of Lombard, Illinois; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 North Eagle Street, with Reverend Ronald Meier officiating. A time of visitation and support will be held at the funeral chapel on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
