Diedre (DeDe) L. Rhyner (nee Lampe), 38, of Omro passed away on October 17, 2012, at home after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was born January 28, 1974, in Milwaukee, beloved wife to David Rhyner; cherished mother to Tyler Seibel (Alissa) and Alec Seibel (Kaylie); adoring daughter to Lynda and Sonny Herzig and Doug Lampe; loving sister to Shane (Misty) Lampe; step-sisters, Kim (Edward) Gergets, Stacey Herbst (Dana), Dawn Herzig (Tony); dear cousin to Dori (Tim) Easterson; adored aunt to Andrew, Carissa, Xavier, and Hadley Lampe, Devon, Deona and Destonee Easterson, Phoenix and Santana Herbst, Keyanah Stahl, Matthew and Eddie Gergets, granddaughter to Louise Turban; further survived by mother and father-in-law, Lori and Jeff Rhyner, brother-in-law, Adam (Chandra) Rhyner and their children, Ross and Kiley, plus by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was proceed in death by her grandparents, Roger Turban, Warren and Goldie Sutton and Leonard and Gertrude Herzig .
Diedre attended Fox Valley Tech for medical transcription. She was employed at Affinity Health Systems. She devoted her life to helping others. She truly enjoyed family celebrations and holidays. She had a love for camping with her family. Diedre fought a courageous battle with ovarian cancer for over 2 years and died peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was greatly loved and cherished by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2012, at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and then again on Monday, October 22, 2012, at Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church, 1174 Algoma Blvd, Oshkosh, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon.
