Donald E. Cafin, age 76, of Omro, died early Monday morning, August 11, 2014, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. Don was born September 20, 1937, in Illinois, the son of Gurney and Myrtle (Degrofft) Cafin. He married Mary M. Brown while serving in the U.S. Army on July 16, 1968 in Georgia. Don had worked at and retired from Tulip Manufacturing in Milwaukee before moving to Omro 10 years ago. He enjoyed fishing, racing and family gatherings.

Don is loved and will be missed by his wife, Mary of Omro; children, Richard (Kim) Cafin of Illinois, Lisa (James) Smith of Milwaukee, Sherry Crawford of Milwaukee, Alan (Lisa) Crawford of Plainfield, WI., and Rebecca Crawford of Milwaukee; sisters, Marilyn Anderson and Carolyn McKee; brothers, Dale Cafin and Greg Rodgers; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, August 15, 2014, at the funeral home in Omro from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with Military Honors to follow at the funeral home.
