Doris E. Huber, 88, of Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2004, at Park View Health Center. She was born on May 9, 1915 in Ladysmith, a daughter of the late John and Clara (Jahn) Schill.
Doris loved to write poetry and she received great joy from caring for all generations of her family. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Richard Huber of Oshkosh; children, Walter (Jean) Kuehneman Jr. of Cottonwood, Arizona, Emogene (Robert) Wildish of Oshkosh, Ronald (Judi) Kuehneman of Statesville, North Carolina and Judy (Al) Huinker of Oshkosh, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson; brother, Roland Schill of Klamath Falls, Oregon; mother-in-law, Daisy Huber of Redgranite along with many other family members and friends.
The staff at Park View Health Center gave Doris wonderful care and our family is grateful for their personal attention.
Services for Doris will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 19th, at the Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street. The Rev. James Daugherty will officiate. Family and friends may call at the Seefeld Oregon Street Chapel on Thursday beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment Will be at the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
