Elsa Allison Mae Phelps-Coney, infant daughter of Shelby Phelps of Redgranite and Nikolas Coney of Oshkosh, returned to God on January 11, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. Elsa is loved and cherished, and will be missed by her parents; grandparents, Connie Phelps, Doris Coney-Hopkins and Jod Hopkins; her aunts and uncles, Stephanie Phelps (Dustin Spanbauer), Jade Hopkins, Jourdan Hopkins, Jayn Hopkins and Dylan Hopkins; other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Seefeld Funeral Home, 1025 Oregon St., Oshkosh, with visitation at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
