Euclid J. Tritt age 80 of Eureka died Monday afternoon October 13, 2003 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born November 14, 1922 in Omro the son of Raymond and Sarah Young Tritt. He married Ruth Harris in November 1943. He was a WW II Veteran and drove truck for American Motors and KAT transporting cars and auto parts. . He and his wife also owned and operated the Starlight Inn in Eureka. Friends and relatives will fondly remember Euclid as a devoted husband, as a person who loved to socialize, who was blessed with many friends and as a very mechanical person who could fix anything.
Euclid is lovingly survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth, 2 sisters; Ruth Korn of Winneconne, Patricia (Jack) Warner of Florida, 2 brothers; David (Roxann) Tritt of Omro, Robert (Julie) Tritt of Kenosha, brother-in-law; Don (Ruth) Harris of Eureka, sisters in law; Hazel Tritt of Kenosha and Betty Harris of Oshkosh and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by brothers; Lloyd, Edward & Raymond.
Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Omro Funeral Home from 4-6:45 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Donald Olm officiating. Burial will be Friday 10:00 a.m. at Omro Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
