Eunice I. Martin, age 91, of Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015. She was born in Oshkosh on December 16, 1923 the daughter of the late Alfred and Rose (Krug) Berndt. On August 1, 1942 she married Reuben Martin in Oshkosh. She took a lot of pride in being a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was truly a "great lady."
Eunice is survived by her daughter, Gail (James) Jensen; granddaughters: Ann (Bryan) Springborn and their son Ethan, and Kristine Krablean and Greg Gottsacker, and their children: Drew and Clay Krablean, and Griffin, Keegan and Kendall Gottsacker; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben; daughter, Karla Pepperman; brother, Robert (Donna) Berndt; and sister, Betty (Elmer) Ziebell.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 240 W. 9nth Ave., Oshkosh, with Rev. John Worzala-Dumke officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery, Oshkosh.
