Obituary
Evelyn Henke, 94, passed away November 24, 2024 in Ripon, WI. She was born in Coloma, WI to Frank and Ella Graper on March 27, 1930. On August 27, 1949 she married Theodore Henke at Grace Lutheran in Omro.
Evelyn enjoyed dancing, especially the polka, she also enjoyed reading, completing word searches and embroidering dishtowels and pillowcases for her family.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Faye) Henke, Arlene (Bill) May and Carol Bartlett; grandchildren, Brett (Sheila) Henke, Jason May, Jamie (Chuck) Domke, Jennifer (Brian) Treleven, Brandon (Julie) Tiffany, Samantha (Brett) Shaw, Paul (Samantha) Broderick, Wilbur (Kristen) Schroeder, Carry Schroeder, Amanda (Adam) Korn and Melania Brostowitz; as well as many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Evelyn are her husband, Theodore Henke; daughter, Kathy Henke; brothers, Reinhold Graper, Henry Graper; sisters, Clara Rick, Mabel Brown, Esther Bliske, Viola Domske, Hilda Padilla, Eddie Graper, and their spouses.
Funeral services will be held at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave. Omro, WI 54963 on Saturday November 30, with visitation from 11am to 1pm services to follow. Burial will take place at Omro Cemetery.
A celebration of life will be held at Tanner's Tap at Omro at 2pm.
The family would like to extend special thank you to Eden Vista staff in Ripon and Generations Hospice for their loving care.
