Obituary

Frank Stoker, age 82, of Oshkosh and formerly of Milwaukee, died Saturday evening December 27, 2003 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born on January 2, 1921 in Milwaukee to Martin and Marie (Gutekunst) Stoker. Frank married Helen Trepczyk on August 21, 1948 in Milwaukee.
Frank was employed for many years as a bricklayer/mason in the Milwaukee area and later was employed by Goodwill Industries until his retirement in 1984. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Frank enjoyed working with his hands in anything that was mechanical.
Survivors include his wife: Helen of Oshkosh; two daughters: Margaret Boser of Adams-Friendship; Mary (Darryl Dorpat) Stoker of Rhinelander; two sons: John (Sandy) Stoker of Iron Ridge, Wisconsin; David (Ljubica) Stoker of Vernon, Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren: Bradley, Nicholas, Ashley, Jay, John, Michael, Heidi, Anthony, Tracy, Christiana, and Jennifer; six great-grandchildren: Christopher, Casey, Jaden, Alexsis, Shawna, and Hudson.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter: Sandra Hoyle; two sons: Peter and Michael Stoker; one great-grandson: Michael Stoker; one brother: Walter Stoker; and one sister: Dorothy Wearing.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street, with Reverend Daniel Felton officiating. Entombment will be at 11:00 a.m. in Holly Cross Mausoleum, Milwaukee, on Wednesday December 31, 2003. Family and friends may call at the funeral chapel on Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
