???? Frieda Rucks, formerly of Oshkosh, died peacefully on Tuesday, August 15, 2006 surrounded by her loving family at her residence.? She was born December 3, 1907 to John and Claire Spiegelberg Hoppe in Bonduel, WI.? She married Lyman L. Rucks on April 30, 1928 in Illinois.?????????????

???? Frieda loved to crotchet.? She particularly liked to crotchet afghans.? She also loved to play cards.? One of her favorite pastimes was to do puzzle books.? Family was Frieda's life.???????????????

???? Survivors include her daughters:? Marian Boldt of Plymouth, Virginia (John) Phillips of Oshkosh, and Mildred Phillips of Greenville.? One sister: Viola Daniel of Shawano and one daughter-in-law: Judy Rucks of Fremont also survive Frieda.? Further surviving Frieda are 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.? She was preceded in death by her husband: Lyman L., one son: Lyman R., two sons-in-law: Kenneth Phillips and Harry Boldt, two brothers and one sister.?????????????

???? The funeral service for Frieda will be on Sunday, August 20, at 3:30 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1206 Ontario Street.? Pastor Paul Lidtke will officiate.? Friends may gather at the church from 1:30 PM until the time of service.? Interment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.?????????????
