Gary Alan Jowett age 57 of Oshkosh died peacefully at Park View Health Center on Monday, October 31, 2011. He was born to Byron Jowett and Eleanor Schroeder on May 10, 1954. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Jowett of California; his step-mother, Mary Jowett; and special aunt, Sharon Jowett.
Mourning the death of Gary is his father, Byron Jowett of Virginia Beach, Virginia; mother, Eleanor Jowett of Oshkosh; son, Aaron Jowett (fiancée Brittany Wenhardt) of Oshksoh; daughter-in-law, Sarah Jowett of Merced, California; his two young grandchildren, Connor Jowett of Merced, California and Chloe Jowett of Oshkosh; his sister, Laurie Rabensdorf of Madison; his brother, Michael Jowett of Phoenix, Arizona; uncle, Donald Jowett of Oshkosh; step-sisters, Karen and Kim of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nephews, Justin Rabensdorf of Madison and Joshua Rabensdorf of Oshkosh.
A member of Grace Lutheran Church, Gary was also an avid Green Bay Packer fan. His ultimate joy was spending time with his grandchildren. Gary worked at Park View Health Center for many years.
Funeral service for Gary will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Friday, November 4, 2011 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street. A time for sharing memories and support will be held at the funeral chapel on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
