Gary J. Moore, beloved father and brother, age 39 of Omro, died unexpectedly at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, on Friday, December 17, 2004. Gary was born to Ben C. and Althea (Kronberg) Moore on July 16, 1965 in Oshkosh. He grew up in Waukau and was educated in Omro. Gary was a very caring person who often helped others. He was very mechanical and excelled at fixing anything and welded at various companies throughout the valley. Known as a free spirit, he enjoyed meeting people and could always be counted on to be the life of the party, so he was a natural at his other jobs of tending bar at both bars in Waukau. Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and his hobby was collecting elephant memorabilia. No matter what life threw his way, he kept going.

Gary is survived and will be missed by his children, Joseph and Gary, Jr both of Omro and Jennifer of Wyoming; his brothers and sisters, Terry (Kathleen) of Antioch, IL, Diane (Marvin) Henke of Neshkoro, Jim (Chris) of Waukau, Bill (Linda) of Oshkosh, Bob (Jenny) of Omro, Naolma (Pat) Rienke of Fond du Lac; many nieces nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant brother, Carl, and his sons' mother, Debra Moore.

Visitation will be held at the Omro Funeral Home on Thursday, December 23, 2004 from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 7 p.m., with Rev. Robert Rosenberg officiating. A memorial is being established.
