Genevieve C. Stamm, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Evergreen Manor. She was born in Milwaukee to Francis and Mary (Michalek) Peplinski on April 26, 1917. On August 31, 1940 she married Byron Stamm, he preceded her in death on May 12, 1991.

Shopping, reading and spending time with her family were Genevieve's favorite things.

Surviving Genevieve are her sister, Virginia (Andy) Bralich, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and one brother.

A memorial service will be held for Genevieve at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street. A time for visiting and sharing memories will be held at the funeral chapel on Saturday, from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Milwaukee.
