Germain E. Kloiber, age 88, passed away at Bethel Home in Oshkosh on Friday, August 17, 2012. She was born in the Town of Nekimi on May 3, 1924 the daughter of the late Russell and Margaret (Pommerening) Ruddy. On September 25, 1948 she married John Kloiber in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on November 25, 1979. Throughout her life Germaine had many jobs including: Excelsior Company, Morgan Doors, and was a housekeeper at Evergreen Manor until her retirement. Germaine enjoyed playing poker at her parent's house every Sunday with her family. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family and being with her grandchildren.

Germaine is survived by her sons: John (Lisa) Kloiber and Russ Kloiber; grandchildren: Derek (Brooke) Kloiber, Heidi Kloiber and her fiance Keith Johnson, and Brian (Amy) Kloiber; great-grandchildren: Mariel Strasser, Claudia Kloiber and Carson Kloiber; sisters: Ellen Faust and Kathy (Craig) Karkula; brother, Craig (Nancy) Ruddy; and sister-in-law, Geraldine Ruddy. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents; brothers: Owen, DeWayne, Merle and James; daughter-in-law, Lynn Kloiber; and brother-in-law, George Faust.
