Harold A. Martin, age 81 of Pickett, died at Ripon Medical Center on Sunday, January 1, 2006. He was born on June 23, 1924 to the late Frank and Lena (Mallon) Martin. On January 24, 1959 he married Donna K. King.

Harold was a Manager at Copps Food Center for many years; served his country during World War II in the Army; and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Pickett. He loved his grandchildren; was outgoing and friendly.

Harold is survived by his wife of 46 years: Donna; his son: Michael (Stacy) Martin; and his grandchildren: Tanner, Grace, and Joshua. He is further survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. His parents, brothers, and sisters preceded him in death.

Private family services are being arranged with Seefeld Funeral and Cremation Services. Interment will be in Liberty Prairie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
