Harvey W. Jeschke, age 92 of Oshkosh, died at Bethel Home on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. He was born in Oshkosh to William and Elsie (Reinke) Jeschke on October 20, 1915. On October 21, 1944 he married Lucille Hafemeister. She preceded him in death on April 8, 2001.

Harvey was a devote Christian, a passionate reader, and loved baseball. He was a member of First English Lutheran Church. He was a proud member of the 25 year club at Morgan Company. In fact Harvey worked for the Morgan Company for 44 years. He was also an avid bowler.

Harvey is survived by his daughter, Iyla (Mike) McClary; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Walter "Mike" Jeschke; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Harvey is preceded in death by brothers, Carl and William Jeschke; sisters, Harriet Blake and Ella Baumgartner; and beloved dog, Boomer.

Funeral services for Harvey will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 N. Eagle Street. Family and friends are invited to a time of visiting and sharing of memories at the funeral chapel on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
