Helen M. Deniger, age 85, of Oshkosh, died Monday morning, September 18, 2006 at Evergreen Retirement Community. She was born on April 27, 1921 in Beaver Dam to Henry and Ella (McCarthy) Gladney. Helen married Clarence Deniger on June 10, 1941 in Beaver Dam and he preceded her in death on February 17, 1989.


Helen was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and attended classes at UW-Oshkosh. She had been employed as an accountant in the Oshkosh area. Preceding Helen in death are her husband and an infant child.


A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 7:00 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, 442 Monroe Street. Interment will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Memorials are requested to Salvation Army, 417 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 54902.
