Henrietta Langeberg, age 94, of Eureka passed away peacefully at home, on Friday, December 24, 2004. Henrietta was born in Dubuque, Iowa on August 31, 1910 the daughter of the late Oliver & Eva Jones. She married John "Happy Jack" Langeberg on July 28, 1930. She graduated from Cassville High School in 1929. She studied to become a nurse prior to getting married. Henrietta loved motorcycle riding with the love of her life Jack. Traveling was a favorite thing to do; by car or bike.

Henrietta is survived by a sister; Goldie Kirshbaum of Praire Du Chein, WI. and families, Five children: Ervin Langeberg of Oshkosh, Julynn, Meryle, and Rodney Langeberg of Eureka; her daughter Mary Kay and Lee Poehlman of Waupaca; ten grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, one due in February, 1 great great grandchild, sisters in law, brother in law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack on October 24, 1997; her daughter, Dolores Rosenthal on April 8, 2004; son in law, David; Grandsons, David & John Rosenthal; sister; Genieve Scharfe and an infant brother.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2004 at the Eureka United Methodist Church from 4-5:45 P.M. with the Funeral Service to follow at 6:00 P.M. with Rev. Donald Olm officiating. Burial will be in the Eureka Cemetery on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. A memorial has been established.
