Obituary

Holdina M. Koudal, age 77, of the Township of Black Wolf, died Monday, September 6, 2004 at her home. She was born in Eldorado on August 14, 1927 to Edward and Verona (Henke) Albrecht. She married Karl M. Koudal in Oshkosh on July 8, 1950. Karl preceded her in death on July 18, 1981.
Holdina was a member of First English Lutheran Church and participated in the Leah Circle. She worked at Buckstaff Manufacturing for over forty years, first as a finisher and later running the bandsaw. She retired in 1998. Holdina enjoyed gardening in her spare time.
She is survived by several brothers and sisters: Arno (Bess) Albrecht of Fond du Lac, Luella Schumacher of Fond du Lac, Lois (Vern) Thelke of Ripon, Edward Albrecht of Van Dyne, Reinhardt (Kaye) Albrecht of Oshkosh, Dale (Pat) Albrecht of Fond du Lac, Robert (Joann) Albrecht of Van Dyne, and Carol Albrecht of Oshkosh. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Ruth Albrecht, and several nieces and nephews. Holdina was preceded in death by her husband; her brother Carl, who died in infancy; her brothers Wilbur and his wife Betty, and David, and her sister Laverna Albrecht. She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law Clarence Schumacher.
Funeral services for Holdina will be held Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. at First English Lutheran Church, 1013 Minnesota Street with Rev. Chuck Fluegel officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. A private family burial will be held in Lake View Memorial Park.
