Inge Edith Christel Witte, nee Kruger, age 83, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013. She was born in Germany on December 27, 1929, daughter of the late August and Margarate (Rupp) Kruger. On July 29, 1950 she married Willie Witte in Germany. They came over to the United States in 1952 and she was a dental assistant for many years. She cherished her time with her family and friends. Inge was the best "Oma" that anyone could ask for.
Inge is survived by her daughter, Heidi Witte of Greenville; grandson, Cody Smith of Atlanta, GA; two great-grandchildren: Cody, Jr. and Autumn Smith; and sisters: Rita Pampoukoglou and Vera Woythal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie; her parents, and a brother.
