Isabelle M. Audiss, age 89 of Oshkosh, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2007. She was born on July 7, 1917 in Berlin, the daughter of the late Walter and Antoinette (Kohler) Ziege.

She was a graduate of Berlin High School and Oshkosh Business College. On August 11, 1945 she married Richard Macke Audiss who precede her in death on April 20, 1997. Before her marriage she had been employed at the Leach Company and later as volunteer at the Paine Art Center & Arboretum. She was a member of Algoma Boulevard Methodist Church, Twentieth Century Club, Mercy Medical Center Auxiliary, Ladies Benevolent Society, Friends of the Paine, Oshkosh Senior Center, the Crystal Lake Club, Oshkosh Museum Auxiliary, and of Senior Net.

Surviving Isabelle is her son: James R. (Barbara) Audiss of Byron, Minnesota; grandchildren: Gigi L. Torkelson, Lynnly C. Kundert, JayDee Cutting, Zachary Kiefer, and Brianna Kiefer; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by sisters: Iris Henricksen and Gladys Feltes, and brother: William Ziege.

Funeral services for Isabelle will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 26, 2007, at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 North Eagle Street, Pastor Barry Yarbro officiating. There will be a time of gathering immediately following the service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
