Obituary

James W. Brusius, age 65, died at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. He was born in Oshkosh to Glenn and Josephine (Mies) Brusius on July 21, 1945. Most people never knew his first name; he was simply, "Toothy."
Toothy had a lot of friends that loved him. He graduated from Lourdes High School in 1964. For more than 30 years he worked in the Oshkosh area, most notably at Kmart, where he met many lifelong friends, and Henschel Machine Company. He loved sports, both watching and participating, and was an avid Detroit Lions fan. Toothy always had his own way of doing the right thing.
Mourning the death of Toothy is his brother, Phillip (Beth) Brusius of Minnetonka, Minnesota; nieces and nephews: Wendy Tews of Stevensville, Maryland, Dennis (Lori) Jungwirth of Woodbridge, Virginia, Anne (Leo) Treysman of Oak Park, Illinios, and Mark (fiancée Ashley Hutti) Brusius of Chicago, Illinois; great-nieces and nephews: Kelby, Landon, and Mackenzie Tews, and Logan and Haly Jungwirth; and many close friends. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his sister, Lorelee Jungwirth.
