James R. Jungwirth, age 50, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 2, 2011, at St. Agnes Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was born March 12, 1961 in Oshkosh, the son of Joseph and Zona (Sweet) Jungwirth. Jim enjoyed fixing cars, NASCAR, car shows, and spending time with his family. He had a heart of gold; he would and could fix anything for anyone.

Jim is loved and will be missed by his children, Jamie (Michael) Schumacher, Sara Jungwirth, Stephanie Collazo-Schneider, David Rieck, Tyler Rieck; grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Blake, Jose; his siblings, Dorothy Wade, Gloria (Art) Dunlop, Joseph (Jenny) Jungwirth, Cynthia (Dwight) Bruss, Steven (Kathy) Jungwirth, Suzanne Jungwirth, Rose (Tom) Allcox, Mary (Jim Hundt) Jungwirth, Debra (Mark) Wallintin and Ronald (Lawanda) Jungwirth; Godfather, Gordon Jungwirth; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianne, parents and sister, Elizabeth.

In respect to Jim's memory, the family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Joseph Mattern officiating. Jim will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Oshkosh.
