Jane Elizabeth Merrill age 56 of Oshkosh passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at her home. She was born the daughter of Russell and Janet (Ising) Merrill on August 15, 1955 in Oshkosh. A graduate from Lourdes High School in 1973, Jane went on to become a dental assistant.
Jane was a very artistic person and loved crafts. She also enjoyed gardening, shopping, and her family. She spent many of the last months caring for her mother.
Those left to forever remember Jane include her mother, Janet Merrill of Oshkosh; her daughter, Andrea (Bill) Rew of Eureka; siblings, Jay (Nancy) Merrill of Oshkosh, Katie Wild of Ripon, Jim (Peggy) Merrill of Iron Mountain, Michigan, Nancy (Mike) Sohr of Mesa, Arizona, Henry (Elizabeth) Merrill of Oshkosh, Tim (Colleen) Merrill of Oshkosh; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Jane was preceded in death by her father, Russell.
Memorial service for Jane will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street with Reverend Alan Schaffmeyer officiating.
