Janet Helen Tagatz, age 39 passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, November 11, 2009. She was born January 7, 1970 in Appleton. Janet married Jerome Tagatz on August 11, 1991 in Oshkosh. For many years she worked for 4imprint in their order department and in her spare time she enjoyed riding her motorcycle and playing with her dog.

Janet will be forever remembered and missed by her adoring husband, Jerome Tagatz of Oshkosh; her loving parents, John and Mary Wieland of Oshkosh; grandmother, Jeannette Paulick of Oshkosh; brother, John Wieland of Oshkosh; sister, Julie (Glenn) Westwood of Edison, New Jersey; and brother-in-law, Greg (Jillian) Tagatz of Oshkosh; and niece and nephew, Leah and Robert. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John (Helen) Wieland, maternal grandfather, Rudolph Paulick; sister, Jennifer Ann Wieland; and her husband's parents, Arden and Donita Tagatz.

Funeral service for Janet will take place at 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Boulevard. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will take place at the cemetery chapel from 10:00 am until the time of service at noon.
