Obituary
Joan Marie Bender, 90, passed away on November 27, 2024. She was born in Oshkosh, WI on November 2, 1934, to Charles and Katherine (Hockstock) Bender.
Joan enjoyed old time musicals, especially ones with Fred Astaire. She also was an avid reader and enjoyed reading many different kinds of books across many different genres.
She is survived by her brother, John Bender; nephews, Lance Bender and Ben Bender; niece, Susan Yaroch; and other family and friends.
Preceding her are her parents, Charles and Katherine.
Joan will be laid to rest in Riverside Catholic Cemetery in Oshkosh, WI on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 9am.
