Obituary
John J. Fischer, age 73, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, died Friday morning, July 27, 2007 at Legacy Waukesha Springs Nursing Home. He was born on August 23, 1933 in Clintonville, Wisconsin to Roy and Madeline (Campbell) Fischer. He served with the U.S. Army 101st Airborne during the Korean War.
Survivors include a brother: Robert (Betty) Fischer of Oshkosh; a sister: Pat Sperling of Oshkosh; and nieces and nephews. His parents; a brother, Tom Fischer; and brother-in-law, Elbert Sperling precede John in death.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Lake View Memorial Park with Reverend William Van DeKreeke officiating.
