Joyce B. Clavette, former resident of Oshkosh and Cornell, MI passed away Sunday January 8, 2006 at Omro care Center where she was a resident for the past 17 months. She was born January 21, 1918 in Milwaukee to James L. and Florence M. (Moloso) Armstrong. She married Bernard Joseph Clavette on April 12, 1935 in Waukegan, IL. They were married 54 years, until his death in January of 1989.

Joyce was employed as an LPN at the Winnebago State Hospital near Oshkosh until her retirement about 1979. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons: James J. (Joyce Glau), Bernard J. Jr. (Judy Stoeckli); and three Grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters: Florence M. (Joseph) Lowe of Oshkosh, June L. (Ronald) Sanville of Cornell, MI; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

A private service will be held at the time of inurnment at Lake View Memorial Park.
