Obituary

Juanita V. Reinke, 88, of Oshkosh, passed away following a long illness on Friday, June 15, 2007 at Bethel Home. She was born March 31, 1919 in Richland County to Maintland and Nellie (Turner) Byrd. Her wedding ceremony with Clarence Reinke on March 16, 1946 was held in Oshkosh. He passed away in 1995. Juanita was quite a cook, she enjoyed gardening and will be fondly remembered for the many afghans she crocheted.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Kelly Reinke of Oshkosh, Kimberly (Paul) Klug in Okinawa, Japan, Jason and Jeffrey Reinke both of Oshkosh, Kelly Smith in Milwaukee, Cary Lucas in St. Helens, Oregon and Jody (Shari) Lucas of Oshkosh; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and daughter-in-law, Joyce Reinke of Oshkosh. Her sons, Warren and Wayne Reinke, brothers, William, James and Warren Byrd, and brothers-in-law, John and Carl Reinke preceded her in death.
